Last updated: 29 October 2026. Ball Wars ("the app") is made by DIGCY SARL AU, Casablanca, Morocco ("we"). Contact: hello@digcy.com.
You don't sign up or log in. Your stats (games played, wins, streak), your sound setting and your nickname are saved only on your phone. Uninstalling the app deletes them.
When a battle ends, the app sends the result (won or lost) with your nickname and a random player number created on your phone to our server (Supabase, EU), so it can show the weekly, all-time and best-streak leaderboards. The leaderboard shows only nicknames and scores. To have your entry removed, email us your nickname.
When you choose ONLINE, the app connects to our real-time server (Supabase, servers in the EU) to find a room and play. Other players in your room see the nickname you type and the ball you pick. During a battle the host's phone sends the game state (ball positions) to the other players. We don't store this: it is sent live and nothing is saved in a database. There is no chat. Please don't use your real full name as a nickname.
If you leave your email on ballwars.digcy.com, we store it (with the page you came from and your browser language) on our server (Supabase, EU) only to send you one email when Ball Wars is available. We don't share it or use it for anything else. To be removed, email us from that address.
With My Ball you make your own ball: a handle you type (for example your Instagram or TikTok name), colours, and optionally a photo you choose from your phone with the system photo picker. The app only gets the one photo you pick. It is cropped and saved on your phone only; we never upload it and we never look up or download pictures from Instagram, TikTok or any other site. In online rooms other players see your handle and colours, never your photo. When you tap "Share my clip", the app records the battle as a video on your phone (with your handle written on it) and hands it to your phone's share sheet; it is only sent where you choose to share it. Deleting a ball in the app, or uninstalling the app, removes it.
My Ball is a one-time purchase made through Google Play. Google handles the payment; we never see your card or payment details. The app only asks Google Play whether this purchase is owned, so it can unlock the feature and restore it on a new phone. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
The app shows ads through Unity Ads (Unity Technologies). Unity may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address (approximate location), device and app information, and how you interact with ads, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. On first launch the app asks whether ads may be personalised; you can change your answer at any time with "Ad settings" on the home screen. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Unity's privacy policy: unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
We don't ask for your location, contacts, camera or microphone, and we can't see your photos or files except the one photo you pick for My Ball, which stays on your phone. We don't sell your data. Sharing a result or a clip uses your phone's own share sheet.
The app is not made for children under 13 and is not part of Google Play's Families program.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Questions or requests: hello@digcy.com.
